Manuscript for Proceeding

* The full manuscript’s file name should be written in the format of “ID+title”, for example, “ID50 Diamond Machining of Micro-Structures.doc”

* The deadline for submitting your manuscript is the 10th of June.

Papers presented at nanoMan2008 will undergo normal stringent peer review process. All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceeding.

For the manuscript, 4 pages for normal contributed papers and up to 6 pages for Invited papers are required to be included in the conference proceeding. These must be camera-ready, well-prepared manuscript. The format of the manuscript can be downloaded from here.

Publication in Journals

Selected papers will be published as a special issue in Journal of Micromechanics and Microengineering (JMM) （invited presentations only）and in Journal of Vacuum Science & Technology (JVST). Notifications will be given to those selected papers for the publications in these two Journals before the conference, and the authors should prepare the updated papers according to Author Guide for JMM or Information for JVST Authors.

It is JMM & JVST’s policy to publish original and unpublished research work or review articles, therefore the content of the papers should be original and has not been published in other publications.
